Ms. Guo joined Tahota in 2017. She commenced her legal practice in 2008 in Hainan Province where she worked for more than five years as a prosecutor. In 2015 she worked at a local law office in New York, USA and developed extensive experience in real estate law.

Ms. Guo provided legal services to many companies regarding their business and investment projects inside and outside of China. She has significant expertise and experience advising investors on complex foreign investments, cross-border M&A, dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation), corporate compliance, employment issues and real estate projects in China. Her sector experience includes, international trade, chemical industry, real estate and construction.
